Frequently Asked Questions
Short answers about billing, tokens, seats, installation, and data handling. The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy remain the binding documents — if anything here appears to differ, those documents govern.
The Trial is a one-time grant of 300 tokens and one seat per team. It never expires, never renews, and needs no card. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in U.S. dollars (before applicable taxes) that renew automatically until cancelled; a paid plan activates only when its first payment succeeds. Cancelling stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.
Tokens are the usage unit for every AI request — chat, image, and video generations each consume tokens metered by the platform, with heavier models and larger jobs consuming more. Each paid plan includes a monthly token allowance granted after that period's payment succeeds; unused monthly tokens do not roll over. Separately purchased token packs do not expire while your account remains in good standing. Tokens consumed by generations that fail due to a platform error are refunded to your balance automatically.
Seats limit how many workstations can use the Service concurrently. Each plan includes a number of seats, and additional seats can be purchased as a monthly add-on billed per seat per month with your subscription. Removing seats takes effect at the next billing period.
Nuke 13.x and 15.1 are certified today; Nuke 14.x and 16.x are not yet certified. The plugin loads as Python source through a generated init.py, so no compiled plugin builds are involved.
One zip, no installer: unzip the package (Python and ffmpeg are bundled), run the Consumer Gateway app on one machine, sign in with your cloud account, and point Nuke at the product folder with the generated init.py. Artist workstations talk only to the gateway machine on your LAN — they never connect to the cloud directly. See the download page for the step-by-step guide.
Only the gateway machine needs internet access: allow outbound TCP 443 to api.nukeaihub.com (login, sync, and the WebSocket relay) plus outbound TCP 9500 for the legacy relay form during the transition. Artist workstations connect to the gateway machine on TCP 9600 (auto-shifts within 9600-9619) inside the LAN only — that range never needs to reach or be reachable from the internet.
No. We do not use your content to train models and we do not sell personal data. Prompts and reference media are forwarded only to the third-party model providers needed to fulfil each request, under their data-processing terms. Desktop and plugin telemetry is summary-only by default: it never includes your prompts, chat contents, local file paths, or reference media.
An entirely unused token pack is refundable within 14 days of purchase; a partially used pack needs a support review. Monthly allowance tokens included with a plan are not refundable, and we do not refund partial subscription months after cancellation. Duplicate charges and billing errors are refunded in full — report them within 30 days with the payment reference from your billing page. Support responds within 5 business days.
Your subscription becomes past due, and service continues during a 14-day grace period while we retry payment and send reminders. If the balance is still unpaid after 14 days, the subscription is suspended: new requests are blocked, but your team's data, settings, and purchased tokens are preserved, and access is restored automatically as soon as the outstanding amount is paid.
Accounts that remain suspended for 180 days may be closed under the Terms of Service. After an account is closed you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
Signed-in users can send feedback or bug reports from the web portal, and every reply lands in your email inbox. You can also write to the support address shown on your billing page. For live platform availability, check the status page.
